At any given moment you may be stopped for a preliminary breath test, either day or night. You will be asked to provide a specimen of breath for a test which you are obliged to by Law. If you fail or refuse then you will be arrested and charged accordingly. If your test is negative you will be allowed to proceed. If your test is positive (over 22 mic) you will be arrested and taken to the nearest police station where you will also be processed on a computerized measuring instrument which will produce the final statement of the alcohol in your system.
